In short
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nothing. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form, and it is used solely to answer you.
Who is responsible
Viktoria Gero, performing as NINURTA, based in Paris, France, is the data controller for this site. For anything in this policy, including to exercise the rights below, write to booking@templeofninurta.com.
What is collected
Only what you submit through the contact form:
- — Your name
- — Your email address
- — Your message
- — For booking enquiries, the event type and date you enter
Nothing is collected if you simply read the site. There is no account, no newsletter, no advertising and no profiling.
Why, and on what basis
The data is used to read and reply to your enquiry, and for nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given by choosing to send the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Who else handles it
Three service providers are involved in getting your message delivered and this page shown to you:
- — Formspree (United States) receives the form submission and forwards it by email.
- — Namecheap (United States) provides the mailbox the message arrives in.
- — Vercel (United States) hosts the site and, like any web server, logs technical request data such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
Because these providers are based in the United States, your message is transferred outside the European Union. Each operates under the transfer safeguards permitted by the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the exchange — normally no more than three years after our last contact — then deleted. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction of it, its deletion, restriction of its use, a portable copy of it, or object to its use. Write to the address above and you will get an answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
None. This site stores nothing on your device and uses no analytics or tracking service. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
